Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will be subject to a 50% charge due at the time of the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations less than 24hrs notice are subject to 100% charge of the appointment fee, due at the time of the scheduled appointment.

This is to allow for sufficient time for someone else to take my slot if they need it. Any e-mail/text/phone call to cancel must be sent prior to the 48/24hr mark of the beginning of your appointment time. Tia will confirm that she has received it, and this may be after that time.

Not showing up to your appointment is subject to 100% of the appointment fee charge. If you are running late, do not hesitate to let Tia know by text or e-mail. She will attempt to contact you 10 minutes into the appointment, and if she hasn’t heard from you 20 minutes into the scheduled appointment, it may be deemed a no show.
